In our week together, Masahiro will lead special life-changing Meditation/Deep Contemplation methods:
Seven Generations Mediation and Macro Cosmic Meditation.

“Seven Generations Meditation” will expand your body, mind and spirit into the past and future for seven generations using group meditations, movement, writing and talking. Many unexpected findings appear from connecting to your past and future generations that directly affect your life in the now.
Macro Cosmic Orbit Meditation is an energy circulating practice: An expansion of the Micro Cosmic Orbit Mediation, it connects you with your larger energetic field, with the Sun, Moon and Earth and with the family field and social field.
To supplement and expand our main practices, we will also practice:
—The Seven Chakra Meditation opens and connects you to your Chakra using fun Mantra.
—Moving Meditation such as the basic Qigong & Taichi will keep you supple & energized.
—Dream Meditation and Masahiro’s “famous” Group Naps will also be practiced.

Masahiro Ouchi:
His spiritual journey started in childhood at a 600 year old Zen Temple in Northern Japan. Since then he has been practicing Taichi, Zen, Shaolin Kenpo, Esoteric Shintoism and Kundalini Yoga, under many masters, such as legendary Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama, Mr. Michizo Noguchi, Maharish Mahesh and others.
He met Master Mantak Chia in 1980 in Chinatown, New York, and became one of the first generation of Universal Healing Tao Senior Instructors and a Chi Nei Tsang Senior Instructor. He is the founder of Universal Healing Tao of Japan and New York and TaoZen.
He is also an International Business Executive Consultant and Integrated Life Coach. His mission is to integrate the long traditions of Asian wisdom into our contemporary life with joy and trust.
