Learning the mechanics of a practice is one thing, living the wisdom of it is quite another thing.<\/p>\n

Masahiro\u2019s focus is on living the practices rather than just learning the information. He has been keeping this principle in his own heart over themore than forty years of his personal spiritual practice. During this one-week retreat we will concentrate on the deep wisdom within Kan & Li Meditation and Tai Chi Chi Kung.<\/p>\n

Kan & Li Meditation<\/strong> is a rather advanced meditation practice, but we will learn the core technique step by step, and contemplate the deep wisdom within it. Kan& Li is about a unity of pure elements of fire and water, a unity of true Yin and Yang both within ourselves and in the cosmos.<\/p>\n

It is about Three Deities and Three Treasures. It is about the dynamics of our body, mind and spirit. It is about esoteric Qi alchemy and about manifesting that in our physical and social life.<\/p>\n

Masahiro will focus on a simpler, elemental approach to this powerful meditation and ways we can utilize it in our daily life.<\/p>\n

Tai Chi Chi Kung<\/strong> is dancing with Qi, both internally and externally. It is a meditation moving with our physical body and emotions and universal energy. It is about letting go, opening and flowing. It is about getting in touch with our weakness and strength deep inside. Masahiro will focus on the inner feeling and sensations of the beautiful movements. Hopefully, our every movement through our life should be with Taichi.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0will also enjoy daily Dream Practice<\/u>: another way napping. One and half day Silence Practice<\/u> and a half-day of quality relaxing time are also planned.<\/p>\n

Beginners<\/u> are welcome to attend with clear intentions and a willingness to learn. Advanced and experienced practitioners<\/u> are also welcome with the fresh curiosity of beginners. Masahiro\u2019s approach is always full of fun and gentleness and internal intensity: It can be a life changing experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n
