Five Planet Meditation<\/strong><\/span> connects your physical and emotional Five Elements to the Five Elemental Planets.<\/p>\n

People used to think there were only five planets, before the telescope: Wood Planet (Jupiter), Fire Planet (Mars), Earth Planet (Saturn), Metal Planet (Venus) and Water Planet (Mercury).  Connecting to these Elemental Planets is a powerful way to way to reach outward into the cosmos and bring that energy to you.<\/p>\n

The Big Dipper<\/strong><\/span> is our guide to the North Star and The North Star<\/strong><\/span> is our gate to Heaven.<\/p>\n

This meditation connects specific points in your body and mind to the Stars in the Big Dipper and to the North Star. When we connect to these powerful guiding stars we reach out to the Taoist \u201ccenter of the Universe.\u201d<\/p>\n

O.B.E (Out of Body Experience) Meditation<\/strong><\/span> lets you travel beyond your normal space to Upper Space\/Time and Lower Space\/Time and opens your mind to such spaces and times.<\/p>\n

The TaoZen Dream Practice<\/strong><\/span> is a playful way to explore your dreams. In TaoZen Dream Practice you learn how to dream, play with them and remember them when you wake.  Rather than analyze them to impose meaning from your ego, you meditate with them. We also learn how important the sleep is for us and ways honor it and improve our relationship to sleep. Deeper Sleeping and Dreaming is connected to the deeper Meditation. We will practice both group napping and individual dreaming\/sleeping during our tie together.<\/p>\n

    His spiritual journey started in childhood at a 600 year old Zen Temple in Northern Japan. Since then he has been practicing Taichi, Zen, Shaolin Kenpo, Esoteric Shintoism and Kundalini Yoga, under many masters, such as legendary Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama, Mr. Michizo Noguchi, Maharish Mahesh and others.<\/p>\n

    He met Master Mantak Chia in 1980 in Chinatown, New York, and became one of the first generation of Universal Healing Tao Senior Instructors and a Chi Nei Tsang Senior Instructor. He is the founder of Universal Healing Tao of Japan and New York and TaoZen.<\/p>\n

    He is also an International Business Executive Consultant and Integrated Life Coach. His mission is to integrate the long traditions of Asian wisdom into our contemporary life with joy and trust.<\/p>\n
