Some Thoughts on the Seven Generations meditation from Masahiro<\/strong>
\nDec 17, 2018 in Tokyo<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cSeven Generations Meditation\u201d is a very special to me.  It is taking more than forty years to develop this method and finally I feel pretty confident about the depth and clarity of its purpose.<\/p>\n

Many of my early meditation and spiritual works were based on Karma. Even though I respect all of my teachers, and even though there were some pretty interesting stories, I did not believe Karma so simply. Now I think I am starting see what Karma can mean to me.<\/p>\n

I am also interested in modern medicine and philosophy. Both heredity and our social environment affect us so deeply. This side of of Homo Sapiens interests me a lot.<\/p>\n

I have been involved with physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health for more than 45 years. After all this time, I am not sure if we can heal all. I have been wondering why we got sick or unbalanced.<\/p>\n

What we Inherit is really powerful. I see so many people gettingg stuck in some emotional, mental or physical issue and can’t get out, even though they work hard. On the other hand, I see some people who can deal with a similar issue pretty well or I see some people who seem to have very few issues even though they do not work on much.<\/p>\n

Through my healing and meditation, I see clearly that we are an amazing network of individuals, social consciousnesses and beings, from past and future and more.  We cannot see this, unless we start feeling these deep connections and networks.<\/p>\n

In the Seven Generations Meditation, we expand ourselves to our ancestors and future generations and also expand ourselves to Karmic seven generations.<\/p>\n

Once we connect with our inner intuition and wisdom, all these other connections start to appear. And once we connect to our cohesive group wisdom, all these networks start to reveal themselves.<\/p>\n

This seven generation meditation work cannot done alone, we need to do it with a deeply connected group. For this work, each group each time is unique and opens a different reality for us.<\/p>\n

We take an unknown journey and adventure together. Real meditation is like that. And life’s journey is like that. Our modern life has somehow lost this deep intuition or real mythologies.<\/p>\n

Through the seven generations meditation, we will re-find ourselves:  Deep healing can happen, feeling the meanings of life and relationships can happen. Or sometimes we can just let ourselves be confused. It is a real process.<\/p>\n

That is real meditation! We do not pretend that we got it or that we know it. We open ourselves to the unknown and get in touch with a deep wisdom we all share.<\/p>\n

OBE and Kuan Yin Qigong will enhance the seven generations meditation. More than anything your openness and curiosity and love will be the key factors. No prerequisite training is required.<\/p>\n

Since then he has been practicing Taichi, Zen, Shaolin Kenpo, Esoteric Shintoism and Kundalini Yoga, under many masters, such as legendary Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama, Mr. Michizo Noguchi, Maharish Mahesh and others.<\/p>\n

He met Master Mantak Chia in 1980 in Chinatown, New York, and became one of the first generation of Universal Healing Tao Senior Instructors and a Chi Nei Tsang Senior Instructor. He is the founder of Universal Healing Tao of Japan and New York and TaoZen.<\/p>\n
