Tao for Body, Mind & Heart
One-on-One Sessions Integrating Healing Modalities & Traditional Training
Like so many of us, you know firsthand about urban living. It’s fabulous but…
You can feel swept along by the current of the city–unable to set your own pace and focus… You can even develop stress-related health issues or just find it hard to really enjoy the facets of your life that you love. You may have tried to find a solution, but haven’t found an approach that you connect with deeply on BOTH an inner and outer level.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to maintain your center and clarity, even in Times Square? To feel great and have abundant energy, focus and happiness?
Even better… To have practices, tools and a life-view that carries you through the ‘Times Square of daily living’… To feel a connection to nature and the divinity around you that sustains you through anything life throws your way… And to know that your personal practices have been refined through a centuries-long tradition…
My practice is based on series of one-on-one sessions that give you just that: Deep healing from the energy medicine branch of TCM and intensive teaching of the transformative practices from Taoist tradition… All tailored to your experience, interests and issues. …Both the Healing and the Practices are deeply rooted in centuries old methods that cultivate health, clarity and spirit and ground you on a path that supports your health, life and spirit.
My goal is for you to truly “own” your practice… For your relationship to your body be transformed… For your inner landscape to feel clear, vibrant and spacious.
If you would like to find out more about this way of healing-learning that embraces your whole person as an active creator of your health and well-being, just let me know. We’ll set up a time to talk… It’s complimentary (and no sales pitch or pressure– I promise). You’ll get clear on what you want for yourself, you’ll identify what might be in your way, and see how you might move forward. We’ll also see if we’d be a good fit to work together, using the magic of ancient traditions to help you flourish in the 21st Century.
P.S. I’m super excited to tell you that this year I’ve been granted Level III Instructor status by the National Qigong Association (the largest U.S. association of Qigong teachers and healers) in recognition of the depth and breadth of my experience. I’ve also completed my two-year training and received my certification as a Medical Qigong Therapist. This means I have an even bigger toolbox of Taoist and traditional Chinese medicine methods and guidance to offer my students and clients.
P.P.S. I’m also going to be teaching Six Healing Sounds Qigong at the Open Center in April! Stay tuned for dates and details for this course.
Sessions are held in Brooklyn in Park Slope. I look forward to speaking with you about your training.
